The SDFT is a fully fledged program that combines movement sessions with talks, meditations and reflective elements, guiding you through a holistic approach to reorganize and energize your entire system. It offers a broad and comprehensive journey that supports both physical awareness and inner alignment through dance and somatic elements.
By contrast, the Movement Principles Program focusses solely on the foundational patterns of the body. It includes only the sessions that introduce and refine essential physical movements, giving you a clear, practice-oriented entry point without the additional contemplative components. It is an introduction into the fundamental movement basics underlying the complete somatic dance foundations approach.
